They are able to relate the results won in experiments to current literature and to evaluate them.
Elective Module 11: Biocybernetics and Bionics (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 5 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: The students are able to understand and discuss basic biological control processes and to use the experimental examination and simulation with computer-aided methods
Elective Module 13: Regeneration and Molecular Phylogeny (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 5 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to make regeneration experiments with organisms the size of (sub)millimeters and to colour and analyse important organ systems. They also have a command of molecular working techniques for macromolecules and can evaluate the phylogenetic information in the trees of life.
Elective Module 15: Genomic and bioinformatic methods in zoology (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 5 h) (no courses)
Prerequisites for registration: none
