Elective module 1: Digital Ethnology (10 ECTS-Credits)

Learning Outcome: Students are able to categorise their knowledge for specific research issues independently and select adequate methods for dealing with a specific research topic. They are able to present their research results in verbal and written form. (2 hrs., 5 ECTS-Credits)
Elective module 2: Digital History (10 ECTS-Credits, 3 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to categorise their knowledge for specific research issues independently and select adequate methods for dealing with a specific research topic in the field of Digital Humanities or European Ethnology. They are able to present their research results in verbal and written form.
Elective module 3: Digital Creative Arts (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students are able to recall and classify relevant knowledge. They can apply the basic techniques of music editing and digital musicology and assess the basic problems of two-dimensional representation of a three-dimensional reality. They have the competence to demonstrate this knowledge in an adequate form.
Elective module 4: Internship I (5 ECTS-Credits)

Learning Outcome: The students apply the methods learned and the theoretically acquired knowledge in a professional environment. They understand the digital requirements and conditions of digital
humanities and cultural studies and are able to transfer them to a professional and/or academic environment.
Elective module 5: Internship II (5 ECTS-Credits)

Prerequisites for registration: 30 ECTS-Credits passed
Learning Outcome: Students advance the methods learned in Elective Module Internship as well as the broader theoretical knowledge in a professional environment. They understand the digital requirements and conditions of Digital Humanities and Cultural Studies and can transfer them to the professional and/or academic environment.
