Learning Outcome: Die Studierenden haben ein fundiertes Verständnis für Organisationstheorien und organisatorische Strukturgestaltung. Sie verstehen, wie Unternehmen organisatorischen Wandel bewältigen können, können Handlungsfelder in der Personalpolitik identifizieren, beschreiben und analysieren. Dabei wissen Studierende insbesondere, welche Herausforderungen für die organisatorische Struktur und Personalpolitik von Unternehmen sich aus einer internationalen Perspektive ergeben und wie Unternehmen auf diese Herausforderungen reagieren können. Sie können dieses Wissen auf praktische Problemstellungen anwenden und soziale, ethische und interkulturelle Implikationen aufzeigen.
