Compulsory Module 2: Faith and Reason (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: The students have the competence to correctly classify and appropriately present questions from the current epistemological and scientific-theoretical discussions about the contents, structures and justifications of religious convictions. They are able to analyse similarities and differences between religious and other forms of discourse at a high theoretical level and are able to justifiably criticise problematic claims to validity, especially in the border area between natural science and religion.
