Prerequisites for registration: positive completion of compulsory module 13

Learning Outcome: Dealing with the different contents of the course in a contrastive-linguistic way enables the students to acquire in-depth knowledge of the respective fields and to develop a contrastive awareness of language structures and norms of the Spanish language with regards to using this knowledge for language teaching. They are able to explain the specific features of Spanish in a linguistically correct and understandable way to language learners. By dealing with thematically-relevant literature students advance their knowledge of the subject areas of this module.

Prerequisites for registration: Positive completion of compulsory module 13.

Learning Outcome: Students of the compulsory module "Synchronical and Diacronical Linguistics" know the main aspects of the history of Spanish as well as the synchronical structure and functioning/use of language in general and of Spanish in particular.

Learning Outcome: By dealing with different fields of the course in a contrastive-linguistic way, graduates of the module have acquired in-depth knowledge of the respective fields of linguistics and a contrastive awareness of the linguistic structures and norms of French with regard to classroom teaching. They are able to correctly explain the specifics of French linguistics in an understandable way. By dealing with thematically relevant literature, graduates have gained advanced skills of the module's topics.
