Learning Outcome: Graduates have an in-depth knowledge in the selected topical areas and are able to apply the concepts dealt with on the contents of the reading list, which is also part of the examination. They are able to assess the contents of the field with regard to their relevance for school and society, use it for their classes and impart the contents in a simplified form.

Master's Programme Comparative Literature according to the curriculum 2009 (120 ECTS-Credits, 4 semesters)
Elective modules corresponding to 30 ECTS-Credits must be passed. In place of elective modules, complementary modules (30 ECTS-Credits) may be taken, providing the availability of places. Complementary modules are specified modules from other curricula corresponding to 30 ECTS-Credits. They are disclosed in the University of Innsbruck Bulletin.

Providing the availability of places, courses corresponding to 10 ECTS-Credits may be taken from the curricula of other Master' and/or Diploma programmes at the University of Innsbruck. It is particularly recommended to take a course dealing with gender aspects including results of women¿s and gender research.
