Learning Outcome: Students - have in-depth knowledge of geometry for engineering studies (differential an d integral calculus in several variables, differential equations, basic geometric objects and their properties and relations, mapping methods and their application in the representation of objects). - are familiar with the mechanical, physical, chemical and technological material properties and know their application relevance in the field of mechatronics as well as their measurement. - understand the different fracture mechanisms and are able to avoid material failures by appropriate material selection and design.

Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have basic knowledge in the field of public business law, in particular in competition law and legal regulation which enables them to systematically understand legal matter and to solve simple problems.

Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have in-depth understanding of individual current and special practice-related legal fields of public business law (in particular procurement law and legal regulation), and they know how to apply them to complex legal issues.

Learning Outcome: Nach Absolvierung dieses Moduls verfügen die Studierenden über vertiefte Kenntnisse in besonders aktuellen und praxisrelevanten Teilen des besonderen Verwaltungsrechts und des Wettbewerbsrechts, die sie befähigen, diese Rechtsmaterien systematisch zu erfassen und komplexe Problemstellungen zu lösen.

Learning Outcome: Die TeilnehmerInnen kennen die wesentlichen Inhalte des EU-Binnenmarktes und können sowohl die vier Grundfreiheiten (Waren-, Personen-, Dienstleistungs- und Kapitalverkehr) als auch die Rechtsharmonisierung vertieft und fallbezogen darstellen. Weiters kennen sie die den Binnenmarkt flankierenden Wettbewerbsregeln, insbesondere das Kartellverbot, das Marktmissbrauchsverbot, die Fusionskontrolle, das Beihilfenregime sowie die Sonderregelungen für öffentliche Unternehmen und Unternehmen der Daseinsvorsorge. Ebenso verfügen sie über ein umfangreiches Wissen in wichtigen Politikbereichen der EU, die jeweils nach Aktualität ausgewählt werden. Dazu gehören die Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion, die Umweltpolitik, die Verkehrspolitik sowie wichtige Bereiche des Raums der Freiheit, der Sicherheit und des Rechts.
