Learning Outcome: This module serves to extend the studies and to acquire additional qualifications. Stu-dents are able to participate in a constructional scientific dialogue beyond the bounda-ries of their own discipline in a responsible manner and with the necessary sensitivity to gender aspects.

Learning Outcome: Nach Absolvierung dieses Moduls verfügen die Studierenden über Grundkenntnisse der Rechtsgeschichte unter Berücksichtigung der Wirtschaftsrechtsgeschichte sowie über Grundkenntnisse der Rechtsphilosophie.

Learning Outcome: Dieses Modul dient der Erweiterung des Studiums und dem Erwerb von Zusatzqualifikationen. Die Studierenden verfügen über Qualifikationen, die es ihnen ermöglichen, sich auch über die Grenzen der eigenen Disziplin hinaus verantwortungsvoll und mit der notwendigen Sensibilität für Genderaspekte in einen konstruktiven wissenschaftlichen Diskurs einzubringen.

Learning Outcome: Students are aware of the influence of law and legislation on the different lifestyles of women and men. They are able to evaluate societal hierarchization and discriminations in a legal context. They are familiar with the basics of pertinent legal regulations (e.g. equality, gender mainstreaming) and can analyse how law takes part in shaping the construct of gender.
