Learning Outcome: Students have in-depth knowledge of the structure and functioning of the EU, the legal order of the EU (Union Law) including its relationship to the national law of the Member States, using Austria as an example, as well as legal protection and the protection of fundamental rights in the EU. They master the basic features of EU internal market law as well as legal harmonisation in selected areas of EU business law and the basic features of EU competition law.
