Compulsory Module 5: Constitutional and Administrative Law (18 ECTS-Credits, 10 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: Students have in-depth knowledge of constitutional law (in particular basic principles of constitutional law, distribution of competences, democratic system, fundamental rights and constitutional jurisdiction), general administrative law (in particular organisational law, administrative action, relationship between the state and citizens, administrative control as well as official and state liability), administrative procedural law and administrative court procedural law. In addition, they demonstrate knowledge in selected areas of business administrative law including their references to Union law. They can critically reflect on this knowledge and solve complex legal issues.

Compulsory Module 6: Constitutional and Administrative Law (15 ECTS-Credits, 8 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have basic knowledge in constitutional law, general and special administrative law, administrative procedure as well as procedure of administrative courts which enables them to systematically understand the entire public law and to solve simple public law issues.
Compulsory Module 18: Seminar with Bachelor's Thesis (15 ECTS-Credits, 1 h)
Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of the compulsory module which covers the field of the
bachelor's thesis topic
Learning Outcome: Students are able to independently write a written thesis on a topic in the fields of com-pulsory modules of §8 No. 2 - 11 or elective modules of §9 no. 1 - 5 and are able to present the results in a lecture.
Elective Modules (15 ECTS-Credits)
Elective Module 1: Public Business Law - Special Issues (7.5 ECTS-Credits, 5 h)
Prerequisites for registration: none
Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module, students have in-depth understanding of
individual current and special practice-related legal fields of public business law (in particular procurement law and legal regulation), and they know how to apply them to complex legal issues.

Module 4: Scientific Fundamentals and Core Skills in the Field of Thesis Topic (10 ECTS-Credits, 4 h)

Learning Outcome: After successful completion of this module students have an excellent knowledge of the field of law of their thesis topic, which enables them to write the thesis as well as qualifies them for their later professional life in regard to publications and practice.
