Prerequisites for registration: positiver Abschluss jenes Pflichtmoduls, aus dessen Fachbereich das Thema der Masterarbeit entnommen ist.
Learning Outcome: Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, theoretische und methodische Instrumente der Rechtswissenschaften auf eine wissenschaftliche Fragestellung eigenständig anzuwenden. Sie können die Ergebnisse ihrer Arbeit nachvollziehbar begründen und verständlich erläutern. Sie beherrschen die Regeln der guten wissenschaftlichen Praxis und können diese anwenden.

Learning Outcome: Nach Absolvierung dieses Moduls verfügen die Studierenden über vertiefte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Verfassungsrechts sowie des administrativen und verwaltungsgerichtlichen Verfahrensrechts, die ihnen eine wissenschaftliche und anwendungsbezogene Problemlösungskompetenz im Verfassungsrecht sowie Verfahrensrecht der Verwaltungsbehörden und Verwaltungsgerichte vermitteln.

Prerequisites for registration: successful completion of the module, the topic of the thesis is taken from.
