Minor (Complementary Subject Area): Film Studies (30 ECTS-Credits)
Prerequisites for registration: (1) Das Wahlpaket "Filmwissenschaft" kann von ordentlichen Studierenden der an der Universität Innsbruck eingerichteten Masterstudien gewählt werden, sofern im entsprechenden Curriculum die Möglichkeit, ein Wahlpaket zu absolvieren, vorgesehen ist. (2) Die einzelnen Module und Lehrveranstaltungen des Wahlpakets "Filmwissenschaft" können nach Maßgabe freier Plätze studiert werden. (3) Studierende können eine Lehrveranstaltung entweder dem Fachstudium oder dem Wahlpaket zuordnen. Eine doppelte Zuordnung ist nicht zulässig. (4) Vorkenntnisse in Englisch auf dem Niveau B2 nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen für Sprachen (GERS) werden vorausgesetzt.
Learning Outcome: Die Absolventinnen und Absolventen des Wahlpakets "Filmwissenschaft" verfügen über hoch spezialisiertes Wissen sowie Problemlösungsfertigkeiten und filmanalytische Kompetenzen im Bereich der Film- und Mediengeschichte, der Filmtheorie und der filmkulturellen Praxis. Sie können filmwissenschaftliche Fragen auf hohem methodischem Niveau erarbeiten, kritisch reflektieren, kreativ beantworten und ihr Wissen zielgruppenorientiert kommunizieren. Sie verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenzen in der Film- und Kulturwissenschaft und sind in der Lage, komplexe Wissensgebiete aus interdisziplinären und transnationalen Perspektiven zu erschließen.
