Learning Outcome: Students know the fundamentals of the dynamics of the earth's climate system and understand the most important processes of the climate system as well as the role of cryosphere in the coupled earth system. They know the character of glaciers as climate sensors and water reservoir. They know how to apply this knowledge to concrete issue.
