Job Description:

Your tasks:

  • Borrowing/returning media in the front office
  • Returning media and filing work
  • Research in catalogues and databases, initial library information
  • Supporting work when acquiring and registering media
  • Other administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Fulfilment of compulsory education (completed 9th grade)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German (at least level C1)
  • Computer skills desirable
  • Good knowledge of English an advantage
  • Good general knowledge desirable
  • Interest in electronic media and digital content an advantage
  • Willingness to learn, accuracy and reliability
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for this position amounts to € 1.043 per month (14 times)*.
