Job Description:
Your tasks:
- Independent research in the field of German linguistics with a focus on historical sociolinguistics
- Teaching in the field of German Linguistics
- Collaboration in academic self-administration
Your profile:
- Above-average doctorate in German Linguistics
- A clearly established, empirically founded research focus in the modern and recent history of German (from the 17th century onwards), preferably in the study of historical multilingualism
- Academic publications and relevant lectures that go beyond the dissertation
- Ability to independently design and organise courses and supervise student theses; excellent didactic skills
- Ability to work in a team, independence and high communicative competence

The minimum gross salary (stipulated by collective agreement) for this position amounts to € 5.014 per month (14 times)*.
