Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing third-party funded projects
  • Independently handling general correspondence
  • Processing orders in accordance with the relevant procedures
  • Cash management and bookkeeping
  • General secretarial duties
  • Entering teaching details into FLD
  • SAP

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship, technical college qualification or equivalent
  • Required qualifications: A commercial school qualification or a completed apprenticeship (e.g. as an office administrator)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • IT skills
  • Willingness to undertake further professional development
  • Meticulous and precise working style
  • Organisational skills
  • A friendly and well-presented manner
  • Discretion

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of € 1.310 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
