Curr. § 5 (4): Students are able to explain the logics of the current statistical procedures and approaches in empirical research of social sciences and they understand their logics and procedures in terms of empirical research. They acquire basic knowledge of the statistical methods used in empirical data analyses. 

Learning  content:

Steps of a market research project including

-project planning

-sampling

-questionnaire

- data analysis and basic statistical tests with SPSS

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
