Students shall be able reflect on the conditions and limitations of ethical decisions in organizations. They shall be able to identify conditions and possbilities of ethical self-formation in organizations. 

 

Ethics, decision, undecidability, responsible decisions and accountability in organizations, accountability and relationship to diverse "others". Current problems (e.g. algorithmic decisions, surveillance capitalism, whistleblowing).

Instructions, lectures, plenary and group discussions, reading assignments, student presentations.
