The participants gain an overwiev on relevant subjects of Higher Education. They are able to design and analyse their teaching on base of didactical criteria of Higher Education.
The participants explore relevant subjects of Higher Education theory and practice. They get to know didactical methods of Higher Education. They design their own teaching project belonging to topics of their dissertation work. They perform one sequence of their project in a Micro-Teaching setting and get feedback on it.
literature work, group work, plenar discussions, Micro Teachings, cooperative MindMaps chatsession (virtual appintment) : group 0: 08. Juni 10.00 bis 13.00 Uhr group 1: 08. Juni 14.00 bis 17.00 Uhr
The participants document their own teaching project, refer to Higher Education theory and reflect on it.
