Support of students, who are writing a thesis. The seminar addresses also students interested in tenancy law and the law of condominium and who want to acquire a seminar certificate. Prior knowledge is preferable but not necessary.

Tips for writing a thesis in tenancy law and the law of concominium: introduction to the library with references to relevant literature; presentations and discussions.

Discussions, presentations, etc.

The acquiring of a seminar certificate requires regular and active participation, presenting a seminar paper (speech and written paper).

Pittl, Grundzüge des Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsrechts, 2. Auflage (2011). More literature will be announced.

Support of students writing a dissertation in tenancy law and the law of condominium. The seminar also addresses students who want to acquire a seminar certificate. Knowledge in civil law is necessary.
