If you are about to begin work on your dissertation or master thesis, by the end of this course you should have established your research question, drafted a research plan and have a detailed synopsis available to help you complete your dissertation or thesis in a reasonable time frame. If your work is already underway, then the objective is to guide you in progressing with and completing your paper with the help of the group and the course instructor.

Academic supervision and guidance on dissertations and master's theses, predominantly in the areas of gender and/or migration research, body narratives, history of science and knowledge research.

Case work, group discussion, text editing.

Participation in and completion of the thesis synopsis.

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
