Introduction into spoken language, grammar and alphabet
Students will learn spoken Korean and basic grammatical structures as well as the Korean alphabet. The languages is easier to learn than Chinese and Japanese.
Lecture with powerpoint and other material on basic grammatical structures and Korean alphabet as well as exercising the spoken language via oral translation and group work on reading assignments.
