Students shall be able to identify and evaluate ethical practices in organizations. They shall know the difference between morality and ethics and the tensions between different rationality standards.

Ethics in organizations
Responsibility and responsible decisions in organizations
Ethical implications of organizational practices and procedures
Corporate Social Responsibility as pattern of ethical behaviour
Relation of ethical and aesthetic practices of organizing
Instructions, lectures, plenary and group discussions, reading assignments, student presentations,
written exam (max. 90 mins)
