Research Questions dealing with medicalization, specialization, professionalization, medical practise, the development of the medical market and the relationship between doctors/surgeons and their patients in modern times will be in the center of attention of this course.

Preparation of a suitable topic by participant; presentation in the course; group discussion

Attendance, active contribution, preparation of texts, oral presentation and written paper
