The students are able to reproduce deepended knowledge of a special area of German linguistics and can work scientifically and independently on a certain topic.

The pro-seminar will focus on linguistic stylistics, especially textlinguistic stylistics. The first introductory lessons provide the theoretical background and present linguistic approaches to stylistics. Afterwards all participants will engage in individual empirical research and present their outcome to the whole of the group.
