Advanced knowledge in selected areas of applied personnel selection ; development of one's reflection and discussion competence

The aim of this course is to deepen selected contents of applied psychology; emphasis lies on the topic of personnel selection. Based on methods of personnel selection in the Austrian Military Psychology and in the US Air Force (e.g. psychological selection of military pilots and drone operators) we discuss different lines of business where personnel selection psychology is applied.
