summer semester 2016 | Last update: 11.01.2016 | Place course on memo listEpidemiological facts on weakness, injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal systems; pathophysiological knowledge of movement deficits and disorders from a neurophysiological and motor-pedagogical point of view; knowledge of preventive effects and offers of movement and sport programs to prevent or offset existing deficits in the musculoskeletal system.
Analyses of preventive measures regarding specific stresses (tension, compression, torsion) and fundamental movements and techniques in leisure activities and competitive sports (considering forces on the musculoskeletal system).
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
