Applied didactics, kinesiology and training science in alpine sports; practical experience of basic motor abilities and basic motor skills; proficiency of significant techniques; assessing danger; critical analyses of sports equipment.

Experience of motor fitness and technical demands, improving performance levels, planning tours, assessing danger.

Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
