Knowledge of the legal frameword for religious education and pastoral care.

Education, counseling and pastoral care are increasingly gaining importance. In the course basic knowledge of church and state-church legal framework for school, parish and diocese as well as the media will be conveyed. The legal protection of school, religious education and the media come into view along with employment conditions, liability, duty of supervision, insurance and copyright.
