Contents:

Selected Amores of Ovid.

Methods:

Reading and interpreting Latin texts, presentations.

Assessment:

Written exam, presentation, research paper.

Literature:

A bibliography will be presented and discussed in the first session.

Remarks:

In preparation for the course please read Niklas Holzberg, Die römische Liebeselegie. Eine Einführung, Darmstadt ³2016. In the second session we will do a written exam about the book.
