winter semester 2017/2018 | Last update: 09.01.2018 | Place course on memo listThe aim of this lecture is to enable to understand, analyze, and critically assess bioethical arguments.
First we analyze concepts that play crucial roles in bioethical arguments, concepts like: human life, human being, person, dignity etc. Further there will be presented and analyzed critically some views and figures of argumentation as to the moral value of actions at the beginning and the end of a human life.

For Bachelor's Programme in Philosophy at the Faculty of Catholic Theology (C 033 194): positive completion of compulsory modules 2 and 3.
