Acquisition of advanced knowledge in selected areas of Organizational Behavior research; (further-) development of one's reflexive, presentational, and discussion competencies

This seminar is concerned with theoretical concepts, evaluation methods, and current research results which are relevant for the pre-occupational and organizational socialization of working people regarding the (further) development of their organizational, prosocial, moral and community-oriented (civic) competencies or behavioral orientations. Structural and processual frameconditions fostering Ethics in the economy will be also considered. For example, thematically can be included activity theory (A.N. and D. Leontjew; S.L. Rubinstein), analytical social psychology and alienation theory (E. Fromm, R. Funk), social cognitive theory (Bandura), self determination theory (Deci & Ryan), ethically-oriented forms of organizational climates and leadership, concepts of the development of prosocial, moral and democratic acting in work and everyday life,
