In this course students will improve their translation skills; they will learn to translate functionally and with regard to specific types of texts. Students will deal with complex assignments and demanding topics.

Students will translate demanding non-literary texts of different complex topics. Particular attention will be paid to cultural aspects, knowledge management, and translation management.

In this course students will work individually and in groups. Self-study is also part of the course.

Written tests

Reading lists and course materials will be provided in class or electronically.

In order to attend this course, students need to have passed the course ÜII D-F.

Registration is only possible online on LFU. For organizational reasons attendance in the first class is mandatory.
