At the end of this course students will be able to interpret in every day situations which are typical for liaison interpreting i.e. at the doctor or the lawyer.

During the course students will start with the basics of liaison interpreting, understand the aims of this interpreting mode and interpret from German into Italian and from Italian into German in different types of situation.

Students will start by interpreting short and easy conversations. After that they will apply what they have just learned onto difficult situations.

Students will constantly be evaluated

Will be discussed in the first lesson.

Compulsory Module 15 or Elective Module 2 or after Elective Module 4.

There will be no course in liaison interpreting in the summer semester. In order to attend this class you MUST have a positive evaluation of the socalled Pflichtmodul 15 or Wahlmodul 2 or after Wahlmodul 4.
