Familiarization and critical reflection of current scholarly research and methods from different neighbouring academic disciplines.

The interdisciplinary lecture series presents current scholarly research within the framework of the Research Center "Ancient Worlds and Archeologies" and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Neo-Latin Studies. A programme of the scheduled guest lectures can be found under the link below. The written exam will be in German (English is possible, if necessary and with the consent of the instructor).

The course can, with the consent of the person responsible for the respective study programme, be recognized for the study programmes Archaeological Studies, Classical Philology, Ancient History and Ancient Oriental Studies as well as the Secondary School Teacher Training: History, Social Studies and Political Education.
