Students will be able to defend a case in an oral fictious court hearing.
Moot Court Italian Private Law
Preparation of the court hearing by examining and analysing specific theoretical and pracitcal questions regarding the case.
Evaluation of the cooperation within the teams; assessment of individual and group performance at the fictitous court hearing

Having passed both the Italian Civil Law and Italian Civil Procedure Exams (Moot Court of the Italian Civil Law)
