Introduction into food ethnology and agro-food studies. Use of ethnological methods such as literature research, writing a guideline for narrative interviews, doing interviews, writing and reflecting results. As such a „Lehrforschungsprojekt“ implies ethical questions and implications, we will handle them.

This course is a so called „Lehrforschungsprojekt“. We will do interviews and write microanalysis on different topics as for instance meat and meat production, milk and milk production, fruit and vegetables, eggs and others in order to do an ethnography on regional food and food behavior during two semesters.
