Overview of historic and recent theoretical and practical concepts in Psychoanalytic Education
Understanding of the implications of unconscious processes in paedagogical professions
It will be demonstrated how psychoanalytic concepts have been influencing interventions in education from the early days of Psychoanalysis to today´s Psychoanalytic Education. Both theortical concepts in Psychoanalytic Education as well as practical approaches and interventions in various fields of education such as education counselling will be presented. The differenciation between education and psychotherapeutic interventions will be discussed.
