Students learn about
1. the media policy in the European Union and the poles between economy and cultural interest
2. the media landscape in Europe and the role of political communication 
3. freedom and plurality of media in selected EU countries (case studies)

The course consists of three blocks:
1. Media policy in the European Union (overview)
2. Media corporation and interrelation in Europe
3. Freedom and plurality of media in selected EU countries

Lecture, Discussion, Presentation

Presentation and scientific  assignment

Literature will be announced in time and exposed on OLAT.
