winter semester 2020/2021 | Last update: 20.08.2020 | Place course on memo listAt the end of this course, students are able (i) to understand key differences between digital products/markets and their traditional counterparts, (ii) to analyze platform business models critically and (iii) to contextualize the process of business analytics in firms.
This course introduces students to specific features of digital products, services and markets. It focuses on thinking critically about new business models (like digital platforms) and new business processes (like business analytics) which are enabled by current technological developments.
Part I: Introduction to Digital Business

Part III: Implementation of Business Analytics
Presentation, class participation, reflection paper, exam.
