Knowledge of basic concepts of canon law and moral theology for a pastoral understanding and exercise of the sacrament of reconciliation.

Reconciliation is Reconciliation is often an urgent need in society, church, family and personal life. The seminar deals with general and current topics of reconciliation. Both religious forms of reconciliation (confession, service of repetance, etc.) and pastoral therapeutic forms (pastoral conversation, spiritual guidance, cooperation with psychotherapists) play a role. Also comes reconciliation in the case of divorce and remarriage, physical and sexual violence against children, abortion, exclusion of HIV-patients etc. into view.
