1. A basic or deepend knowledge on Karl Rahner's life and work.
2. A better understanding of Biblical Texts.
3. Insights in the History of Interpretation and the History of Biblical Studies in the 20th century.
4. Interdisciplinary experiences on the connection of Systematic Theology and Biblical Studies.
5. Gaining basic knowledge on the FWF-Project "Karl Rahner and the Bible" and participating in it in form of "forschungsgeleitetes Lernen"
We are going to read selected texts from Karl Rahner and bring them in dialogue to the Bible and to Biblical Studies in the past 100 years.

Everyone interested in the seminary is very welcome. We are going to explain all open questions and help you with basics, if necessary.
The seminar is also open for PhD students. Please contact us beforehand, so we can check where it fits your studies.
