Development of diagnostic skills as well as creating cooperative and personal development plans.

Autonomous planning, implementation and evaluation of lessons in consideration of given aims. The previously gained knowledge in modules 1, 2, 3 and the accompanying seminar “Erziehung und Leistungsbeurteilung” should be practically applied. Clarifying the role as a teacher, including an attitude that is appropriate for this level of experience. Lesson observations and research work with focus on the content that is dealt with in the accompanying seminar.

Connecting theory and practice; experiencing the basics of education and student performance assessment in the context of diversity, social learning and the cooperation with institutional partners.

Discussion and application of quality criteria of student assessment; experiencing the theory of feedback as well as creating cooperative and personal development plans.

Discussion and application of the latest theories of classroom management, cooperative learning and teaching in heterogeneous learning groups.

 Enriching the knowledge of feedback instruments to gain insight into introspection and the external perception of others.

 

Independent teaching or team teaching in seven (to ten) teaching units, this includes pre and post discussion of the teaching units. Special attention should be paid to the scholastic standards. Planning and carrying out research work, Lesson observations and pre and post discussion of these observations.
