Students

• understand the natural scientific fundamentals of physics and can transfer them on applications in mechatronics.  
• understand the influence of atomic bonds and material structure on mechanical, physical and optical properties. Moreover, the students are ab le to apply the knowledge about diffusion, phase diagrams and heat treatments in manufacturing and processing processes as well as in case of damage.
• have advanced knowledge of the most importa nt processes in manufacturing engineering.

Practical course accompanying the lecture in special consideration of mechatronics.

Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations".

Will be discussed in the first lesson.
