The lecture aims to sharpen the knowledge and understanding of the central legal institutions of the General Part of Criminal Law. By writing written expert opinions on selected current cases from practice and by critically discussing offered solutions orally, the students' ability to sort the theoretical knowledge essential for the solution of a case and to apply it independently and purposefully to the concrete case is to be increased. The course thus serves as preparation for the (written) diploma examination.

Criminal law with the focus on the general part.
Writing exams (5), discussions on the revised written works, presentation of the case solution. Prior knowledge required!

Final assessment based on the results of the written exams and oral participation.
