This course aims at providing didactic and methodological support to enable students to apply contents of gymnastics appropriately.
The main contents of this course is:
- methodical organisation from gymnastic and acrobatic elements
- courses of the correct use of the equipment
- lesson plans of various equipment (like floor, horizontal bar, parallel bars, vault, trampoline)
- creating an element catalogue for stationary equipment (like ropes wallbars ladders, ...)
- methodological support for gymnastic and acrobatic elements
- pre-exercises for the elements
- Assessment of protocol and application of gymnastic elements in lesson plans
- practical implementation
Will be discussed in the first lesson.
