Written (seminar work on exemplary topics on human geography), oral (seminar paper presentation) and discursive (lecture discussion) skills will be trained.
In the course of this seminar, participants will:
- select a topic in the field of human-geographical mountain research,
- search and critically evaluate international literature,
- develop own research questions,
- design an appropriate structure of the seminar work,
- write a seminar paper,
- and present and discuss key findings.
Human-geographical mountain research (theme).
- Inputs of the lecturer,
- literature review,
- scientific writing,
- and oral presentation and discussion.
Continuous assessment (based on regular written and/or oral contribution by participants).
Course examination according to § 7, statute section on "study-law regulations"
