winter semester 2021/2022 | Last update: 27.09.2021 | Place course on memo listThe seminar should enable the participants to appropriately perceive and proficiently lead group situations as well as treat topics specifically.
In the field of education in- and outside of school it is required to conduct groups. This seminar provides basic competences to lead groups, e.g. facilitation and mediation as well as the necessary tools for group and event settings (gatherings, team meetings, presentations, …). Furthermore, there will be an introduction on elements from additional methods, like open space, art of hosting or energizing groups. We will connect endorsing of development via communication in groups with a theological relevance.
