Students know different qualitative research methods. They are able to plan, prepare, and conduct interviews. They can analyse the interview material, interpret it and report it in a scientific way.
Different approaches of qualitative research methods and their applications and potentials are discussed. Based on definied research questions, interviews are planed, conducted, transcribed, and analysed. The practical exercies will be refering to the psychological effects of global crises (COVID-19 pandemic, climate change).
Presentation, discussion, exercises in small groups and individually
Active participation, presentation of results, and written paper
