The Covid 19 pandemic has also posed new questions and challenges for church legislators as well as church law. Short-term adaptations of current church law and new regulations became necessary in various areas (proclamation, liturgy, administration, etc.). The seminar deals with the legislative activity of the universal church as well as individual particular churches during this time. The focal points will be determined by the participants' areas of interest. Fundamental questions such as religious freedom, the right to preach and receive the sacraments, and the interaction between the state and religious communities will also be addressed.
